He was Chairman of the Adelaide Convention and Tourism Authority for 10 years, a Board Member of the Adelaide Convention Centre, South Australian Tourism Commission and Chairman of Australian Major Events and a winner of the Outstanding Contribution by an Individual in the South Australian Tourism Awards.
